Talent Crunch was founded by Andreea Lungulescu, a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner with 16+ years of experience.
She also runs The Principal Recruiter, the talent acquisition consultancy behind Talent Crunch consulting and coaching.
The community is independent and practitioner-led.
