No-show policy
- In 2026 we introduced a red list: anyone who registers for an in-person event in Berlin and does not show up cannot attend any Talent Crunch in-person event for three months.
- We review every single person who registers, so the guest list a sponsor sees is the room a sponsor gets.
- In 2026 this brought our no-show rate down to a record low of ~3%.

- In 2026 we collected around 220 ratings across sixteen events.
- ~72% rated an event five out of five and ~88% rated an event four or five.
Email reach
