Partner with Talent Crunch
Formats, terms and what a year of partnership delivers
About Talent Crunch
- Talent Crunch started in Berlin in April 2023, grew by word of mouth, stayed practitioner-led and has never run a paid advertisement.
- Andreea Lungulescu runs it alongside The Principal Recruiter, with sixteen years in talent acquisition at Zalando, Wayfair and thermondo, and two Global TA Innovation awards.
Annual partnerships first
- In 2026 we ran three annual partnerships, with Ashby, Greenhouse and Satellite.
- Single events are possible, but annual partners get first choice of formats, dates and audiences.
Event formats
- Community Gatherings: ~75 to ~250 people, built around a live problem the community is working on.
- Executive Experiences: ~20 to ~24 people, curated dinners and salons for senior talent leaders, off the record.
- Workshops: up to ~30 people, hands-on sessions where people leave with something they built.
- Webinars and Digital Packages: online, with newsletter and community distribution alongside.
- Flagship Summits: ~200+ people, the annual gathering for the European talent ecosystem.
- Coworking Days: community-run, organised by us for the community and not open to sponsorship.
Audience targeting
- On a curated evening in 2026, around 45% of everyone who registered came in at Director level or above, against a community-wide figure of around 29%.
Sponsorship package
- Programme design built around the audience you want in the seats
- Speaker and facilitator alignment
- Guest list input against your ideal customer profile
- Venue, catering, photography and logistics handled by us
- On-site production with the Talent Crunch team and volunteers
- Brand placement across event materials, community announcements and social
- Newsletter and community coverage before and after
- A GDPR-compliant attendee list, photographs and a written debrief afterwards
Annual partnership
- A mix of event formats across the year, agreed together
- Thought leadership posts and Talent Crunch content presence
- LinkedIn, Instagram and Slack community posts
- Webinars and workshops for the online audience
- Newsletter mentions before and after each activation
Working principles
- Events are developed with partners, with Talent Crunch coordinating final decisions on design, agenda, speakers and logistics
- Sponsor contacts can join the Slack community, but commercial activity there is not allowed
- We do not run sales funnels or lead campaigns on behalf of sponsors
- We do not hand over member data beyond the GDPR-compliant attendee list agreed for a specific event
- Community reach works bottom up, across multiple touchpoints, not top down in one push
Roadmap
- More online programming, wider European reach starting with more German cities, and new annual partners alongside the ones already running.
- Sponsors joining on a twelve-month basis shape which of those runs first.
