Talent Crunch Berlin is DACH's largest independent community for talent professionals. Founded in Berlin in 2023, it brings together thousands of members across talent acquisition, talent operations, talent development, HR, talent management and more.

Who can join Talent Crunch?

Any talent professional working in recruitment, talent acquisition, talent operations, or talent management. The community includes professionals from companies like Zalando, Microsoft, SAP, Amazon, Stryker, Almedia, Parloa and so much more. Membership is free.

What events does Talent Crunch run?

Talent Crunch runs Community Gatherings (in-person networking events in Berlin), Executive Experiences (for senior leaders), Flagship Summits, Blue Horn Events, and webinars. Over 50 events have been hosted by May 2026.

Yes. Talent Crunch is free to join. You can sign up through the website to access events, the Slack community, the members directory, and the newsletter.

Who founded Talent Crunch?

Talent Crunch was founded by Andreea Lungulescu, a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner with 16+ years of experience. She also runs The Principal Recruiter, a talent acquisition consultancy.
