Three big announcements: our second Germany Employee Benefits Trend Report, our sold-out SIGNAL flagship event, and welcoming Jessica Celi as our first paid team member.

November 4, 2025. November is shaping up interestingly. Three things worth your attention.
1. Germany Employee Benefits Trend Report 2025 — 2nd Edition
Last year’s report became a well-cited benchmark for employee benefits in Germany. This year we’ve expanded the scope, deepened the analysis, and added year-on-year comparisons that actually matter.
What’s inside
- Full breakdown across company sizes and industries
- New benefit categories: AI training, fertility leave, digital detox days, 4-day work week adoption
- The uncomfortable truth about benefit cuts despite profitability
- Geographic benefit disparities within international companies
- Six correlation analyses showing what actually works
How to get it
🔗 Free access (until 10 November): comment on our LinkedIn posts or register your interest. After 15 November the report will be available on Gumroad — small cost.
Why the change?
Creating independent, unsponsored research of this quality takes significant resources. This year alone: 55–85 hours per event (we ran over 12), comprehensive data analysis, professional report design, AI tools, and friends with great Data Engineering skills. If you want our future work to remain freely accessible, we need support now.
2. SIGNAL — The Talent Imperative (13 November)
Sold out. Our flagship event sold out in record time, with our strongest lineup yet.
Keynote
Hung Lee — Editor of Recruiting Brainfood.

- Carin van Vuuren (CMO, Greenhouse Software) — moderating

- María Robledo (VP of Engineering, Contentful)
- Tuba Vogel (VP People, ex-Expertlead)

3. Jessica Celi Joins Talent Crunch
For the first time, we’re bringing someone on board on a freelance basis 🥰. Jessica Celi is joining to lead our social media and content strategy on a paid freelance contract. We’ve been running Talent Crunch on goodwill, volunteer hours, and sheer determination. That works to a point.
Jessica brings 6+ years of international experience across talent acquisition, HR consulting, employer branding, and content strategy. She’s worked across Europe and LATAM, built content strategies that increased engagement by 50%, and understands both the psychology of work and the reality of digital communication.
Jess will support Talent Crunch with Instagram, LinkedIn and Slack to begin with, on a 20h collaboration contract. Give her a big fat warm welcome 🎉.
What This All Means
Three announcements, one consistent thread: we’re taking our work seriously.
- The report represents independent research that doesn’t exist elsewhere.
- SIGNAL brings together practitioners shaping how companies hire and build teams.
- Jessica’s role signals that we’re moving from passion project to sustainable operation.
We’re still independent, still non-commercial, still focused on creating value rather than extracting it. But quality work requires investment.
