Part 1 — Diagnosing the Beast
Led by Dagmar, we got real about:

Participants worked in small groups, identifying behaviours in themselves and their companies that silently fuel burnout. Dot voting showed the patterns were everywhere.

Part 2 — From Awareness to Action
Veronica guided us through:
- An embodiment activity on how to say “no”
- Practicing boundary setting in pairs
- Real-time reflection on how hard (and freeing) it can be to say: “This is my limit.”
